A Bit About Me
An elite level soccer player who is a smart lock down defender, excels in 1v1 defending & team defense, uses his size and speed to shut down opponents and create quick counter attacks, and has high Soccer IQ with vision to create or build from the back.
Alex is a gifted student who prioritizes performance in the classroom as much as he does on the pitch. This is evident in his achieving a grade of 4-5 on 3 AP exams as a Freshman & Sophomore combined with his 4.12 GPA and course load of almost all Honors and Advanced classes. Current courses: Honors Calculus, Honors Computer Science III, Honors American History, two Honors English courses, Physics, and Band.
Alex is also involved in the community and other extra curriculars: member of the CA Service Board, the Spanish Club, CASA (Columbus Academy Spanish Affinity), track and field, and performs in both concert and performance band.
